Thousands of American students take the same decision with Bliss in recent years. "Everything is free," said Malone. "If schools in the city are more expensive as Munich, students must have money about 800-1000 dollars per month for living expenses. In some cities are cheaper in the eastern part of Germany, the cost is less than 600 dollars per month. "

He said that Germany wants to increase the number of students from outside the country from 300,000 to 400,000 within the next few years, and hope that some of this may be able to work in Germany, to rejuvenate the age of workers in Germany and contributed to the state tax.

When asked if he would stay in Germany to work after graduation, Bliss, enthusiastically replied: "Of course, I want to live. The country is incredible! "
