 Danny Kent Moto3 World Champion 2015

Cyber Daily News - Leopard rider Racing (Honda), Danny Kent, went on to become a world champion Moto3 in 2015 with just six points advantage over Miguel Oliveira (KTM).

In the final race at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia, on Sunday (08/11/2015), Oliveira managed to finish in first place. However, the result was not enough to beat the points Kent who finished ninth.

Kent closed the season with the acquisition of 260 points. Throughout this season, Kent successfully won six of the 18 series digelar.Total, he climbed the podium nine times and twice failed to finish the race.The success of Kent won the Moto3 in 2015 to make his way to the 2016 Moto2 more memorable.  

Next season, he will perform in Moto2 with the team Leopard Racing. Oliveira will be his teammate.Kent has appeared in Moto2 in 2013. However, he returned to the Moto3 because appearance is less promising.

"We had four final series with the confidence to become world champion. Thank you to my team, sponsors and fans out there!" British rider said 21-year-old.

This success makes Kent became the first British rider to appear as world champion after Barry Sheene in 1977. At that time, Sheene became world champion in the 500cc class.
