Post-Terror Paris, New York Police Alert

Cyber Daily News - Post-terror that killed hundreds of people in Paris, capital of France, the New York Police increased vigilance by deploying counter-terrorism police to various places in the busiest city in the United States on Friday (Saturday GMT).

New York Police Department (NYPD) announced, counter-terrorism unit were sent to the area crowded around the city "for vigilance" and indicates the presence of the police, and to convince the public that their security is maintained.


"The distribution of specific, at the site of the French government in New York City immediately after the attacks in Paris," the NYPD, as reported by French news agency (AFP).


NYPD also noted, "There is no indication that it is known that an attack has links with New York City. We will continue to follow closely and adjust our deployment."


The largest police forces in the US states, held intensive contacts with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the French police.


Detective in the division intelligence "activities to help the Paris police in any way, while maintaining the continuity of supply of relevant new information on the NYPD ongoing situation," the NYPD.


New York is a city nicknamed the Big Apple because it amounted to the largest population in the US, which is 8.4 million, and had experienced the terror attacks that brought down the twin towers of the World Trade Center (WTC) on 11 September 2001
